We are building intelligent software which is easy and intuitive to work with. To enable our further growth, we are searching for an excellent backend developer to join our existing team.
Job overview:
We're looking for talented Ruby on Rails Developer with all the usual suspect skills, any database knowledge PostgreSQL, Git and, API, full stack (VueJS & ROR & Operations on Linux and AWS).
Another stack (e.g. Python, NodeJS or Golang) By joining our team, you’ll get the opportunity to work on many of our various projects with a team of highly skilled experts. We will teach you RoR, but important is motivation, passion and backend development background.

• You maintain, further develop and scale our platform
• You design, build and take ownership of new features based on customer feedback
• Evaluate the production behaviour of company in our SaaS infrastructure as well as on-premises
• You follow and further develop our engineering principals and standards of clean code, efficiency and maintainability
• You coach and mentor the team and share your knowledge

Your profile:
• Several years of working experience in developing applications
• Min. 2,3 years of experience in Ruby on rails programming (also school projects/bachelor or diploma thesis are counted)
• experience with PostgreSQL, GoLang, Redis Backend API VueJS
• Expertise in any object oriented language, preferably Ruby and frameworks such as Ruby on Rails
• Experience in Git
• Scripting knowledge and Linux
• Nice to have: Javascript, Python
• A solid grasp of object-oriented programming automated software testing, databases, development and testing methodologies
• You feel comfortable with taking ownership for independent projects
• You understand that you may not know everything but you know how to ask the right questions
