Job description, responsibilities and duties
- We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our growing team
- This individual will be a critical part of our team, working on the development of ServiceNow ITSM platform
- The internal ITIL processes are being continually adapted to fit Company´s needs
- The successful candidate will be expected to understand new requirements and be able to implement them in the platform
- Proactively find ways to increase efficiencies and improve the usability of our ServiceNow ITSM platform
- Be passionate about self-service and automation technologies and continuously develop your expertise in these areas
- Together with a specialized IT Process team, work into implementing KPIs and metrics in dashboards that help us with meaningful insights
- Collaborating closely with a small, dedicated team while operating with significant autonomy
Design & Development:
- Develop code using JavaScript design and REST APIs (application programming interfaces)
- Design and implement databases using
- Create intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences Webservices, CMDB and Linux
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build innovative solutions
