FullStack NET Engineer

- We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our growing team
- This individual will be a critical part of our team, working on the development of our new SaaS platform
The candidate will have expertise in various .Net technologies including ASP.Net Core, .NET Core
- Our new platform has been in development for the since 2022 and the MVP is targeted for completion by the end of 2024
- The immediate focus of the role is to help finalise the MVP, with substantial responsibilities following relating to AI development and associated integrations
- Even though the MVP is nearing completion, there are still many design and architectural decisions to be made
- This presents an exciting opportunity to take ownership of key elements of the design, shape the future of the platform, and make a significant impact
The role includes:
- Collaborating closely with a small, dedicated team while operating with significant autonomy
- Contributing innovative ideas and technical expertise to finalise the MVP
- Leading the design and architectural decisions for both current development and future AI integrations
- Taking ownership of projects, demonstrating initiative, and embracing the opportunity to shape a product from its final MVP stages through to innovative AI-driven functionalities
Responsibilities:
AI & LLM Development & Integration:
- Design and implement AI algorithms and LLM (Language Model) integrations
- Work closely with data scientists to leverage AI for predictive analytics, natural language processing, and more
- Ensure seamless integration of AI and LLM components into the platform
Design & Development:
- Develop robust, scalable, and secure code using C#, CSS, and HTML
- Design and implement databases using MS SQL Server
- Create intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build innovative solutions
- Lead architectural decisions and provide guidance to junior developers
Integration & Testing:
- Integrate third-party services and APIs
- Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure code quality
- Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and ensure the highest quality
Deployment & Maintenance:
- Deploy applications on Azure, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing systems
Collaboration & Mentoring:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in .Net development using technologies such as .Net Framework, .Net Core, ASP.Net Core, and C#
- Proven experience in full-stack development, including database development with MS SQL Server
- Experience in deploying and managing applications on Azure
- Experience in AI and LLM development and integration is an advantage
- Data science experience is an advantage
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, continuous integration, and deployment tools
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think critically and work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
