  • Wage (gross): From 3 900 EUR/month(final monthly basic salary is based on candidate´s professional experience, skills and knowledge)*

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Manage and lead the service and maintenance team, which supports implemented complex information system Platoform (HW/SW).

- You will operate and improve the IT infrastructure in line with customer and stakeholder needs
- Together with your team, you ensure the smooth running, resilience, availability, and scalability of our applications, systems, storage, networking, and databases in the on premise and in the cloud
- You will be a visionary team leader who is self-driven and able to work independently
- Main goal to meet contractually agreed availability levels as efficient as possible
- Further, constantly look for innovations which will support above mentioned goal
- Optimization of business operations
- Management of operations including escalations (content, time, quality)
- Improvement of effectivity and efficiency of organization based on KPIs
- Interacting with regional organizations
- Ensuring ITIL , PCI DSS, ISO 27001 (and other standards as required) compliance
- Lead Data Management
- Monitoring and coordinating activities for mitigating the operational risks
- Supporting the organization through changes in organization, processes, technologies
- Support in forecasting OPEX, CAPEX, staffing
- Tracking of organization budget and costs
- Contribute in service products development
- Lead a team of IT Service Manager and Solution Architects
- Ensure adherence to and continuous improvement of processes
- Building and implementing observability for applications health/performance/capacity
- Influence locally based colleagues and global counterparts, creating trusted relationships and driving higher levels of engagement and service satisfaction with our colleagues
- Develop the IT team professionally through guidance, coaching, and associated performance management to maximize performance and engagement
- Drive improvements & innovations
- Reduce Service Desk ticket volume and business disruption
- Monitor and manage SLAs / SLA fulfillment

• Ensure Service Management standards are met.
• Responsibility for budget and recharge management.
• Prioritize and manage the enhancement requests flow,
• Communication with headquarter.

Personality requirements and skills

• University bachelor degree in a business discipline or relevant education and work experience preferably in IT
• Minimum 3-5 years project delivery service experience or Platform Management, ITIL Service Delivery and follow up to ITIL Service/Operations
- Good understanding of a broad range of IT systems (Application, Infrastructure, SW&HW Architecture)
- 5 years’ experience in leading a tech team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Slovak and English)
- Track record in dealing with various cloud technologies (privat and public clouds (e.g. AWS)
- Track record of improving standards and processes while driving efficiencies
- Ideally has set up and/or maintained a data center
- Experience with tools like Sales Force, Jira
- Solid background in the field of IT security, data protection, auditing, and business continuity processes
- Solid background in IT operations and an understanding of ITIL methodologies
- Solid experience with deployment and monitoring of highly scalable products
- Experience in DevOps
- Target driven, enthusiastic, hands-on mentality, and self-motivated
- Strong planning and organizational skills for our future growth and development
