Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Developing, implementing and executing marketing strategy and strategic marketing plans for the organization in order to attract potential customers and to retain existing ones
• Managing the marketing budget
• Developing plans and achieving targets within the estimated budget
• Managing all marketing activities in the company
• Coordinating digital activities and digital advertising (social media, website, e-commerce)
• Implementing innovative ideas for the sales promotions, implementing promotional campaigns
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights and assess against goals
• Building strategic relationships and partnering with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Initiating and coordinating market research, data collection and competition analysis
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Ensuring that all marketing material is in line with company brand identity
• Helping to build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels
