Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Day to day incident monitoring and resolution (Remedy preferred)
- Interaction with client (IT & Business users) on functional issues
- Work on timely creation & submission of periodical reports
- Interaction with Team members for knowledge sharing, knowledge transition and issue resolution
- Conduct impact assessment (IA) on changes introduced to the Solution and determine Impact and regression scope
- Stakeholder management, share regular updates and assist in preparing operational reports
- Triaging of issues and timely resolution with cross functional teams for timely resolution
- Follow service management processes (e.g. Incident, Change, Capacity, Problem etc.)
- Maintaining agreed SLA levels and assuring Quality of delivery at all times
- Adhere to shift rotation plan and Operating model

Personality requirements and skills

- A minimum of 2 year’s experience in the design, configuration, testing, delivery and support of SAP EWM processes.
- The candidate will provide an expert level of skills & knowledge in the evaluation, development, testing and delivery of SAP EWM application and business process developments.
- Hand holding business through various newly implemented processes. Ability to resolve day to day issues related for the various warehouses operations
- Implementation Knowledge of Warehouse strategies of Stock Putaway, Stock Removal and Storage Bin Determination
- Customization Knowledge in various areas including Baseline configurations, different Warehouse scenarios and cross module integration.
- Knowledge of processes for Inbound including Yard Management, Quality Interface, POSC, Receiving and Putaway
- Knowledge of Outbound processes with Yard Management, Packing, Staging, Loading and Picking
- Knowledge on Production supply processes and Internal warehouses processes – Replenishment and Physical Inventory
- Worked on RF enhancements and setting up RF devices
- Knowledge on Label Printing and automation of various activities in EWM using PPF.
- Handled post go-live issues
- The Integration knowledge with SAP QIE is preferred
- Strong knowledge of ECC–EWM Queue handling / Interfaces / ALE / IDOCs and middleware to deal with legacy system.
- Should have knowledge of data migration and worked on LMSW.
- Should have worked more than 2 years in SAP support projects and knows support mode and its SLA, CSF, KRA or KPI.
- Prior experience in Manufacturing (Automotive service is preferred) or similar industry
- Experience working in a dynamic & highly demanding environment
- Experience in handling cross functional, cross tower teams
- Experience in working & delivering manufacturing systems preferably on Legacy, Integration, Plant Floor systems
- On call support during out-off office hours and weekends required on need basis to attend major or critical incidents.
- Willing to work in shifts.

Additional remarks:
- Hands on experience in ASRS and AGV Integration with EWM
- Working experience in an Dock Appointment Scheduling and highly customized warehousing solution
- Working experience in “Remedy” tool preferred
- Conduct Training for a small group of end users and super users
