  • Wage (gross): From 3 900 EUR/monthfrom 3900,-Euro/month (final monthly basic salary is based on candidate´s professional experience, skills and knowledge)

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Leads team to define, design, and develop software applications
- Hold Scrum meetings and organize the Scrum activities, such as sprint planning, sprint review, etc.
- Making project plan, provide reasonable time and efforts estimation, tracking the project execution by leveraging project management tools and skillsets
- Responsible for task assignment and distribution, balance the work among the team members
- Exercises considerable latitude, with aligned direction, in determining technical objectives, and meeting program deliverables
- Works with key stakeholders (Engineering, Product Management) to define release content
- Works cross-functionally with BU engineering teams to define and drive feature enhancements/ requirements
- Convert requirements to software development specifications
- Co-work with architect to review system level design and detail level design
- Deliver key modules for the system. Investigate on key technical solutions
- Arrange and participate SDLC activities, such as use cases review, prototype demo, code review, design review, test cases review, and other dev documents review
- Responsible for the quality of the deliverables of the entire team

Requirements for the employee

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

Required experience


Personality requirements and skills

• University bachelor degree in a business discipline or relevant education and work experience preferably in IT
• Minimum 3 years experience management development or architecture teams
- Experienced in Agile based software methodologies with background in acting as a scrum master for scrum teams
- Minimum 6 years software development experience, including recent relevant experience in Web and REST API development
- Experienced on .NET
- Experienced in Windows command and be familiar with powershell
- Be familiar SQL and No-SQL Databases. Experienced in data schema design
- Collaborative in nature, good team work spirits
- Experienced in design and coding, has good sense on system level design
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
- Ability to develop software compliant with industry standard practices
- Strong design and debugging skills
- Be good at coach and mentor the junior developers
- Source control management using git
- Good English communication
Additional skills (one or more a plus):
- PMP certificate is preferred
- DevOps tools and concepts
- Understanding of VMware ESX Server management, VM provisioning, security and automation
- Switch configuration
- Load balancer configuration
- Firewall configuration
- Docker and containers
- Be good at documentations
- Testing skillsets and knowledges
