Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Brand Director will work with a variety of different stakeholders and is offered the opportunity to join a dynamic, growing, globally connected team of professionals. He/she will work closely with our graphic designers based in Bratislava and the Global Marketing Department to deliver an engaging creative universe that meets the expectations of our customers and prospects. The creative director should be extremely creative, dedicated, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. His/Her objective will be to make company standing out from the crowd. As a Team, we all work in harmony to balance active digital marketing and ongoing website maintenance tasks on a regular basis.

Main tasks:
- Build and manage a new brand
- Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications across Europe, APAC and South America
- Ensure brand consistency across channels and regions
- Work in a multi-cultural team
- Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
- Create and implement tailored advertising campaigns, and other marketing material (banners, brochures...)
- Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions
- Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate
- Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets
- Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy that meet our requirements
- Drive external creative agencies if needed

Personality requirements and skills

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism and other relevant fields
- Experience in Brand Building and Brand Management
- A minimum of 5 years’ digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social and emerging technologies
- A solid understanding of design, copy and web practices
- Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills
- Have an in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
- Must be a creative and strategic thinker
- Self-driven in problem solving and discovering new opportunities
- Structured in your daily work and approach to solving tasks
- Ability to synthesize complex, interdependent, and sometimes competing needs
- Fluency in English
- You are ready to work in a change-driven organization and are capable of adapting to new procedures and conditions whenever needed
- You enjoy working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with many different stakeholders
- You hold strong structural skills with the ability to maintain an overview of many ongoing tasks
- You are highly focused, empathetic and have a collaborative mindset
