Job description, responsibilities and duties

Dual reporting to the Global Head of Marketing & Head of IT, the UX/UI Designer will work with a variety of different stakeholders and is offered the opportunity to join a dynamic, growing, globally connected team of professionals. He or she will be in charge for maintaining and updating our corporate websites across any devices. Further, the position is responsible for managing the successful operation and optimization of our websites. As a Team, we all work in harmony to balance active digital marketing and ongoing website maintenance tasks on a regular basis.

Main tasks:
- Liaises with external stakeholders including designers and agencies where necessary
- Liaise and lead projects with relevant stakeholders for new builds and updates through all stages of the process, from initial design scoping, to IT development (if needed), to launching the designs on our websites across markets, and subsequent A/B and multivariate testing.
- Establish and implement UX principles throughout all digital development.
- Create scalable UX principles and user journeys
- Design wireframes/mockups to support your recommendations
- Act as UX advisor – advising on day to day user experience creation across all Digital Development activities & objectives, and managing stakeholder input
- Ensure all new pages are created with a goal of loading fast and engaging users towards conversion.
- Work with Product Specialists, Development Managers and UI designers to design new features

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- 2+ yrs experience in both UX and UI
- Excellent communicator and storyteller with demonstrated ability to bring stakeholders across all roles and levels on a design journey and sell the ROI of experience and design.
- Analytical experience with optimizing highly converting websites (visitors to leads/clients)
- Ability to make complex financial content intuitive, simple and attractive
- Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to create and follow guidelines in a larger UX/UI system
- Self-driven in problem solving and discovering new opportunities
- Structured in your daily work and approach to solving tasks
- Ability to synthesize complex, interdependent, and sometimes competing needs
- General interest in investing is a plus
- Solid understanding of Google Webmaster Tools / Analytics
- Very good mobile experience
- In-depth understanding of .NET, Databases, Umbraco or other CMS
- Excellent knowledge in Web Design (tools)
- SEO experience (local and organic)
- HTML5, CSS, FTP/SSH knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages an advantage
- Keen interest for financial markets
- We are looking for a self-motivated, adaptable and tenacious individual who is used to work under pressure and who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment
- There might be occasional travel required
