Job description, responsibilities and duties

Consultancy & Support of ERP Software application - CRM, Finance and System Configuration application modules.
- Hosting and Supplier management to deliver high quality service to customers
- Change requests ,daily hosting task responsibility for customer environments
- Tech/Tool consulting within our ERP application
- Managing network\server outages in Datacentre’s across world – on call primary contact for Europe Time-zone
- ERP software installation and upgrade of Live customer systems in production environments
- Environment setup – Active Directory, Server Security, Application, MS Exchange, Print Server and Remote access server (RDS/TS) setup
- Citrix server support and high priority escalation directly to Citrix internal support
- Detailed technical documentation of server environment
- Internal Sharepoint administration of customer sites, documents and customer specific knowledge base
- Server performance analysis – PAL report - solution suggestion and implementation
- Application server setup and installation of all necessary software needed to run Test and Production ERP system, Crystal Reports migration / upgrade, Sonic TCP data transfer setup to second SQL performance report server
- Windows Server 2000 / 2008/ 2008R2 / 2012, SQL 2005/2008/2012 – setup, administration, troubleshooting, Group Policy, ODBC, etc.
- SQL Cluster admin
- WSUS – monthly / daily server patching responsibility
- VMWARE ESXi host administration & setup

- At least 4 years of Experience in Software application support/ technical support
- Working experience Windows server ad- Windows (file system, registry system, services, processes, etc..)
- Networking, FTP, etc..
- DB maintenance, queries, etc..
- General IT systems – integration, implementation, processes, etc.ministration
Working experience MSQL Server/SQL
Experience of working in n-Tier, Client Server and Database environments
- Independent analysis and problem-solving skills, self-direction
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and to prioritize tasks appropriately
- Writing skills, commutation of information
- Strong communication, organization and presentations skills
- English fluent in both speaking and writing
