Job description, responsibilities and duties

Manage and lead the delivery and architecture team, which implemented complex BI Solutions.

• Support cross business lines solutions, play an integrator role and identify synergies and dependencies in complex requirements
• Take over responsibility for the IT strategy and architecture in given areas
• Take over responsibility for data architecture and play a key role in data management
• Run complex projects, assure the efficient delivery of changes as well as a smooth operation with high quality, hence to make sure an effective maintenance is in place
• Supports the deployment of service management tools, governance, methodologies, standards, ITIL procedures and a cornerstone of the IT strategy.
• Management of 3&2nd level support and follow up all processes related to Service and Maintenance (Installation and maintenance all related software)
• Deployment of service management tools, methodologies and standards.
• Deployment of infrastructure within agreed time, cost and quality requirements
• Support the Project Service Management teams
• Responsibility for responsibly for the budget and revenue for your own project portfolio and operations services and recharge management.
• Prioritize and manage the enhancement requests flow,
• Communication with headquarter, reporting to Business Unit Manager.

Requirements for the employee

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)

• University bachelor degree in a business discipline or relevant education and work experience preferably in IT
• Minimum 3 years project delivery service experience IT (development or operations) teams
• Good understanding of a broad range of IT systems of BI solutions and architectures (reporting and DWH BI concepts / implementations)
