Job description, responsibilities and duties
To our expanding team we are looking for a new colleague, who will take care of consolidation, reporting & analysis.
You will be part of financial department and your main task is monthly and year-end closing consolidation and reporting to our shareholder in Spain. We are looking for someone, who can roll up her / his sleeves, set up process and put together all information we need to do this correctly and effective.

The idea is to have some automated tools for consolidation (where possible) therefore our new colleague will be leading support for implementation of the consolidation tool.
In detail, the right candidate will:
• Perform monthly and year-end closing and consolidation for all entities within the Group, and prepare appropriate consolidated financial statements
• Prepare monthly financial reporting package
• Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations
• Be in charge of inter-company transactions and reconciliation
• Coordinate with accounting team and other stakeholders within the Group to ensure collection of accurate and timely financial reporting
• Assist in monitoring and developing monthly reports of revenues and expenditures for projects, oversee management reporting requirements
• Help with different accounting and analytical fields during creation of annual budget and forecasts, other key performance indicators and analyze variances, support Finance Director and statutory executives with other ad hoc analytical work
• Support fine-tuning of internally used data analytics platform (Qlik Sense) and maintenance of the system with external supplier to ensure accuracy and tabularity of collected data and efficiency of the reports
• Propose improvements to eliminate manual inputs and support automation of reporting activities and procedures within finance department
• Assist with implementation and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures

Personality requirements and skills
• At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position (consolidation and/or financial reporting department) or real experience with consolidation within assurance/audit
• University degree (I. or II.) in economics
• English Language – Solid working knowledge both written and spoken. Intermediate (B2) or above is an advantage.
• Microsoft Excel - expert
• Working with the Qlik Sense analytical platform or databases is an advantage
• Experience in a consolidation tool is an advantage (OneStream, SAP…)
