Financial Systems and BI Developer

Location

HomeOffice with occasional travel - Ideally, access to one of the physical offices in the CEE region (ideally Slovakia or Czechia) 

Travel to appropriate sites when necessary to deliver project outcomes cca 2-3x per year.

Job describtion

• support, administer, maintain, and further develop the OneStream financial consolidation platform,
• act as the key interface between Finance stakeholders and the Data & Analytics team, translating business requirements into technical solutions,
• collaborate with internal business users, IT teams, and external system integrators on development initiatives, improvements, and rollout activities,
• use strong finance understanding to deliver meaningful business insights and support strategic decision-making,
• design, develop, and maintain intuitive Power BI dashboards and business-focused reporting solutions,
• work extensively with DAX and Power BI best practices to deliver scalable, high-quality analytical solutions,
• support and continuously improve the Group’s analytical and reporting infrastructure,
• enhance and extend the central warehouse data model to support additional reporting and analytical use cases,
• develop a strong understanding of Group-wide business processes, ERP environments, and underlying data structures,
• contribute to the expansion and adoption of the Group data fabric initiative across additional business entities,

• take full ownership of the management, administration, support, and development of the OneStream platform,
• successfully support the further rollout and expansion of the Group data fabric initiative,
• establish strong and effective working relationships with external system integration partners and key internal stakeholders,
• contribute to the enhancement of reporting standards, data consistency, and analytical capabilities across the organisation,
