Informácie o pracovnom mieste
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti
- Lead the Equipment & Packages Engineering work package, covering Balance of Plant (BoP), Water Steam Cycle systems and selected Flue Gas Treatment components.
- Coordinate and prepare engineering documentation for internal stakeholders (procurement, construction) and external partners (clients, consortium partners, subcontractors).
- Take full ownership of engineering deliverables and purchasing packages, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team (Mechanical, Process and Layout Engineers), ensuring the technical integrity and functionality of the assigned scope.
- Conduct supplier negotiations, monitor progress, allocate resources and ensure effective collaboration across international teams and project stakeholders.
- Drive the successful achievement of sub-project objectives in terms of schedule, quality, technical performance and financial results.

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within industrial or engineering environments.
- Strong mechanical and process engineering knowledge; experience in industrial plant construction or EPC projects is highly desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, resilience and ability to perform in a dynamic project environment.
- Fluent English is required; German or additional languages are considered an advantage.
