Our client is a globally operating group in the service sector, which is also engaged in the development of technical solutions. Currently we are looking for a motivated and experienced candidate for the Strategic sales manager position.
- You are holding the overall responsibility for designing, developing and delivering the organization’s sales strategy (including targets and plans)
- You are responsible for creating and communicating the sales goals and the strategy to international stakeholders and ensuring that executives are informed on the progress
- One of your main tasks will be to aquisite new clients
- You are overseeing the annual renewals process and you are ensuring the on-target retention of existing clients
- You are reviewing the sales performance by analyzing performance reports
- Your task will be to seek new ways of improving the way the business operates and research and identify new business opportunities (this includes to partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives)
- You are developing a network of senior managers and executives of potential customers and in this context you are managing strategic partnerships
- The leadership of the sales department and training on the proper use of sales techniques, processes and tools will also be in your field of task
- You are the owner of the sales activities within the company
