Position job tasks & responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the implementation of the Software Service strategy for the Printec portfolio of existing and new products and services at a cluster level.
• Optimize utilization of resources and adequate workforce planning to maximize efficiency and profitability, at project level - to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and quality standards.
• Conduct technical discussions and/or presentations with customers and elaborate on technical solutions for country bids (on demand).
• Develop and manage the after-sales client relations and clarify outcome expectations to maximize opportunities for cross-selling and repeat selling.

• Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to software development team members.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, helping them solve complex problems and make sound technical decisions.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization of talent and meet project deadlines.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, designers, and product managers.
• Requirements:​
• University Degree in Computer Science or similar.
• 5+ years of experience on a similar position, managing software team.
• Hands-on experience with multiple technologies C++/Java is strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to inspire and motivate the team, passionate about technologies.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
