Call Center Agent

We are an International company, and our passion is natural products! In connection with our expansion, we are looking for a CALL CENTER AGENT who will work completely remotely (from home)!

OBLIGATIONS:
• Making CALLS TO POTENTIAL CLIENTS for sales purposes, working only with a portfolio of clients - WARM LEADS, without cold calling.
• Entering information into a database;
• Achieving targets;

REQUIREMENTS:
• NATIVE CZECH OR SLOVAK LANGUAGE;
• PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS IN THE FIELD OF SALES OR IN A CALL CENTER (SALES) will be advantage, but we can train you if you don’t have.
• Clear focus on INCREASING SALES;
• Result-oriented person;
• English – The managers and supervisors are English speaking, you need English for the interview and for a daily training, but really conversational level.

You will have training with the Call Centre Manager about the products and the sales process. And will get daily guidelines and additional trainings after they start.
