QEHS Manager

For our client a company that is a leader in extruded plastic products for numerous market segments and provide innovative and sustainable solutions that focus on effective product reuse and plastic recycling , we are looking for suitable candidates for the position of QEHS Manager

Responsibilities:

• Management of QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health and Safety ) activities from suppliers to end customers
• Leading activities to ensure QEHS processes meet required targets
• To be the driver of continuous improvement of QEHS processes
• To be the main contact for all customers
• Cooperation with other managers to ensure QEHS improvement
• To facilitate Root Cause analysis for all QEHS related issues, follow agreed actions
• Managing a team of two (Quality Manager, H&S Specialist)
• Audit participation and reporting of the results
• To ensure Risk Analysis is conducted as required

Requirements:
• Engineering or Business training
• Experience with Quality management in a manufacturing company (engineering, automotive…)
• Management experience
• English spoken and written on a professional level
• Strategic and innovative thinking
• Knowledge of lean management strategies
• Knowledge of the Plastics industry (beneficial)
