Brand Manager

Short-term goals (0 – 3 months)
• Meet and understand all internal customer’s needs – Marketing CZ, R&D, Sales SK, and Logistics.
• Understand market and customer needs – research, store visits, sales visits
• Primalex product portfolio understanding and key product experience
• Primalex brand identity and strategy understanding in all paint segments
• First project start
• Budgeting and pricing understanding

Long-term goals (4 – 18 months)
• Co-responsibility for brand management of Primalex brand in Slovakia. Brand strategy understanding, positioning, visual identity, brand health, communication and trade marketing (promotions, sales actions).
• Brand development and supervision over product portfolio profitability in SK region. Cost of goods, pricing, sales and sales force motivation.
• Brand communication adaptation from CZ: on line (web and social networks), color cards, public relations, bellow the line communication at point of sales, brand literature, occasional media (ATL)
• Responsibility for assigned A&P budget. Monthly tracking and reporting
• New product development participation, cooperation with R&D, EHS and Product Management in the Czech Republic
• Customer and consumer events
• Sell in and sell out promotions and loyalty programs
• Analyze markets trends and competitors development and strategies
• Market research: retail panel understanding, ad hoc studies. Double calls with sales
• Communication with external agencies and suppliers. Close cooperation with channel marketing department
