Performance Achievements

We expect that within the first 3 months of taking the position:

• you will become familiar with the SHUB team, create relationship with all site teams from CE locations, and gain the knowledge of main responsibilities and tasks.

We trust, within the first 6 months :

• Co-ordinate all Technical parameters for sprayable coatings.
• Report the problems immediately to supervisor and take appropriate preventive actions.
• Solve problems using problem solving tools.
• Update and distribute weekly report internally to define current performance.
• Carry out technical service for PPG customers.
• Establish and implement communication links / visits to customer line, visits to customer line laboratory, visits to customer process engineers on a regular basis.

We trust, within the first 12 months :

• Support to maintain relationships with main customers and customer leading the process in the paint shop at a good level.
• Ensure a good flow of information between the PPG laboratory, management and the customer, so that members of the PPG and the customer staff have appropriate understanding of the projects and were informed about the status of the work and tasks.
• To support secure production and ensure all necessary operations before and after planned shutdown
• Ensure that any concerns raised by customer are investigated on a dynamic and proactive basis.
• Update direct manager / Sales Manager /Account Manager /Site Manager of any serious concerns.
• Organize line trials according to requirement, monitor performance, and report accordingly to those concerned.
• Implement effective correlation controls between plant and QC.
• Implement ideas aimed at improving quality and productivity at work.
