Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
+ Regarding order administration:
- Order intake and acknowledgement, planning production, preparing invoices and reporting shipped orders to our customers and if needed communication with customers regarding open orders.
- Purchase: defining material need, looking for suppliers, placing orders at suppliers and following up with them.
- Logistics: booking transport and prepare shipping documentation.
+ Regarding Quality management and Quality engineering (previous experience not needed but welcomed):
- Maintaining ISO 9001 certificate.
- Prepare new product (first article) documentation.
- Prepare audits by our customers.
- Follow up on customer complaints and suggest improvements in production.
- Prepare quality performance reports.
+ Support the other departments in their jobs in case of need or during their absence.
+ Supporting the management in all tasks required to ensure smooth running of the company.

Able to communicate well in English, spoken and written.
Willingness and dedication to perform your job in the best way possible.
Experience in a Quality and/or electro-technical environment is a benefit, but not a condition.
Preciseness, pro-active attitude and being able to work independent.
Communicative skills to communicate with customers and suppliers.
Good user knowledge of Windows, Office, and email software. Part of the job is performed in ERP software. Experience with this is not required, good computer skills however are.
Secondary school or higher professional education.
