Sales Representative

Powersonic Industries is a global manufacturer of wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, electro-mechanical assemblies and control panels. We have over 20 years of history and are passionate about connecting our customers with the most effective, efficient and profitable solutions.
In 2017 our branch in Slovakia was added to our network. In order to support us in our process of growth we are looking for a European sales representative to strengthen our team and to take the responsibility for our expansion.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persistent colleague who is looking for a new challenge. You are willing to take responsibility for your accounts and targets and don’t mind spending a big part of your time travelling within the EU.
Passion, dedication, energy and technical knowledge are competences that will make the difference in this job.

Responsibilities:
• Find and develop your own accounts and to build up a long-term partnership with them.
• Maintain and expand existing accounts.
• Be up to date with market trends and product innovations in order to develop customer centric product and service solutions.
• Identify the (technical) needs and problems of the customer and to be able to provide them with suitable solutions.
• Communicate and cooperate with the back-office in order to be able to supply the customer with appropriate and competitive quotes while still maintaining profitable margins.
• Visit fairs in order to find new customers and in the future also to represent Powersonic at fairs.
• Prepare detailed reports after each visit and keep track of action points.

• A fixed salary plus an interesting bonus structure based on sales results. The combination of these two should get you after some time a salary of over € 2.000 or more.
