Social Media & Employer Branding Intern

Your role:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to boost our employer brand presence across various platforms, focusing mainly on Instagram
- Collaborate with both the People and Marketing teams to create content for our social media platforms
- Create compelling and authentic content, including posts, photos, videos, blog posts, infographics, or employee testimonials
- Analyze social media data and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of our social media and employer branding efforts
- Research on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in employer branding and social media marketing
