Site manager

PORR Slovakia is currently searching for a Site manager (m/f), for project D4R7 with assumed end of project July 2021.
Scope of works:
• Responsibility within own range, including clarifying and incorporating of customer´s requirements into standard processes
• Technical-operative implementation and leadership within own range of responsibility
• Implementation of contract, cost control, quality and deadlines control, and project management as well including leading of the meetings
• Addressing of subcontractors and outsourcing together with other internal departments
• Assignment and coordination of project implementation documentation
• Cost performance statements towards the client

• Multi-year practice in the field of the operational implementation of construction projects and within the independent implementation of projects in the field of construction (experience with cantilever concreting and / or retractable ring)
• Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of Slovak language is advantage
• Experience with MS Office and MS Project; experience with AutoCAD and AUER
