Qualifications:
Experience developing successful email marketing campaigns
Ability to take initiative to develop strategies and execute them
Experience with startups, hiring employees and managing people
SEO, Social, Segmentation, email & SMS marketing experience
Experience using CRM, digital marketing tools and other major web analytics tools
Improving the user experience, A/B testing, funnel optimization and personalization
Proven ability to build and deploy robust multi-channel digital plans with demonstrated growth and success
Experience leading and managing teams
Exceptional prioritization, problem-solving, and project management skills
Responsibilities:
This includes display, search, social, affiliates and with the main goal of generating quality leads and optimizing conversion (lead to move-in)
You will run the day-to-day management of all properties performance to ensure that they are completed successfully
You will develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies across channels, always prioritizing experimentation and performance
You will "own" the digital marketing budget and make strategic decisions focused on maximizing return on marketing spend
You will be a thought leader and can bring new ideas and initiatives to further helping reduce the lease up time with efficiency
You should be comfortable working with ambiguity, changes, and excited about rapid test-and-learn approaches
Leading marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation
Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective
Report on the performance of digital marketing activities and compare the results against key performance indicators and ROI
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, retargeting, organic referrals, retention, email marketing and engagement, developing and achieving clear goals for lease up as fast as possible properties
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Transforming data into action to improve conversation rates (Lead to Move In)
Will be responsible to create, maintain and improve the website design, UX, traffic, and content
Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
Analyze and interpret data and historical trends to find actionable insights and provide recommendations
The ability to think expansively beyond acquisition and the intersection with brand and customer marketing
