Job description, responsibilities and duties
Polmar Automotive is a producer of EPP products - EPP stands for Expanded Polypropylene.
Our customers are famousMainte brands in automotive industry. We need someone who will work mostly in shopfloor to oversee production and shipments of project parts.
Main duties will be:
- Knowledge of structured problem-solving skills
- Good organizational, communication skills and prone to teamwork
- Logical approach to issues, with high attention to detail.
- Dynamic approach on field
- No restrictions to travel in and abroad and have driving license.
- Responsible for overseeing FOT productions and pre-serial shipments.

• SAP user is preferred
• German is advantage
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position, experience with the implementation and management of processes and people
• Knowledge of LEAN methodologies and TPM and SMED tools
• Advanced PC user - MS Office 365 at a good user level
• Group B driver's license
• Active knowledge of the English language• Natural authority
• Ability to accurately interpret information and describe a situation
