Commercial Excellence Manager – ON Trade (Trade marketing)

Trade marketing team focusing on implementation of activities and strategies within the ON Trade channel, is currently seeking an experienced manager who´s ready to take up this opportunity and turn it into a challenge. Responsibilities

• Based on the annual activity plan – to develop a channel strategy and a plan for ON Trade channel, along with the corresponding sales channel segment
• Develops local (tactical) trade activation within ON Trade sales channel according to brand communication strategies and sets up/implements sales monitoring system for accurate evaluation of such activations in the given channel
• Supervises the development of national BTL consumer activations concepts, including responsibility for budget controlling
• Is responsible for leading and motivating team´s activities according to the plan. Actively supports its members further development while striving for continuous improvement within all activities
• Develops and upholds merchandising standards for ON trade channel in accordance with brand strategies, and ensures communication and trainings are provided to sales department
• Identifies on-trade POSM needs, supports and coordinates purchasing of On trade POSM in line with sales channel know how
• Runs regular reporting activities to direct supervisor

Requirements

• University Education
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrable relevant experience in Trade or Brand management at national level, preferably in beverages industry or any other FMCG company
• Business acumen - in-depth complex understanding of business activities and processes within the whole organization as well as financial understanding of related processes
• Analytical mind set and effective problem solving skills
• Strong people management and leadership, being a natural leader
• Presentation and negotiation skills – ability to persuade others
• Project and time management
• Computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
• Fluent in Slovak/Czech (native speaker) and in English (min. B2 level – both spoken and written)
• Driving license – active driver
