Job description, responsibilities and duties
To our team we are looking for a dynamic person who is strongly customer oriented, has experience in logistic and understands that customer satisfaction is the highest priority.
The main responsibilities in this position are as follows:
• Analyse, understand and anticipate the customer needs, ensuring that they are reflected in production activities
• Follow up outbound indicators and ensure they meet the budget level
• Key user for outbound process
• To follow customer variability and react on time by standard system tools
• Follow up the achievement of the customer delivery program by managing alerts and following up with the transportation and the delivery of pieces
• Communication about deliveries of products with customers, giving accurate information on time
• Manage the pool and safety stocks levels
