Customer Quality Engineer

To our quality team we are looking for a person for whom product quality and customer satisfaction is the top priority. A successful candidate is able to build trust of our customer and good relationship through ensuring of requested quality of delivered products.

The main responsibilities in this position are as follows:
• Manage daily the customer claims, quality alerts and customer questions in direct contact with the customer, analysis of parts/cars in the customer plant
• Follow up of quality customer indicators
• Constitution of initial sample files for new product or following product modification, presentation of initial sample
• Guaranty the conformity of the product delivered and respect of the customer quality requirement in production
• Contribute to the reduction of risks of quality issues: preventively identify risks follow actions and audit efficiency
• Support Production Manager for the problem analysis (QRCI), audit the efficiency of corrective action, and ensure the return of experience through 8D report and Lessons Learnt Sheet and DFQ process
