Serial Change Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and proactive graduate with passion for automotive industry and eagerness to gain valuable experience in serial production.
Main responsibilities on this position are:

• Coordinating of customer serial changes into serial production
• Preparing plant costs calculations for sales team in close cooperation with sales department, plant manufacturing, quality, logistics and purchasing team
• Defining plant specific equipment (from specification to realisation), assembly equipment, packaging
• Building and following timing plans for each single change
• Following given budget and releases warning to management in case of gap
• Preparing layouts in the plant and keeping plan layouts updated
• Assisting plant teams to implement serial changes with respect to given quality specifications, costs and timing plan
• Communicating with customer during development process
• Participates in technical feasability studies, FMEAs, PDCAs , verification of equipment, safety assesments, reception of equipment
• Organising pre-serial and serial production runs with production team for new products
• Update technical documentation and technical data sheets
