Data Analyst for Customer Success Team

Are you willing to grow your career within a location intelligence start-up?
You will be in an everyday touch with customer success team helping our clients throughout the Europe to solve the questions related to visitor's behaviour.

Your daily tasks will apply:
-Master the different data sets in the company, and the value they can provide to customers.
-Responding to ad-hoc data-related queries
-Communicate with various stakeholders across the company, gather and translate business requirements to data analysis activities and processes.
-Perform data analysis activities for generating information and insights for prospects and customers.

What we expect you are good at:
-First degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematics or related field from known university.
-1+ years of experience in data analysis in high data volume environments.
-Excellent knowledge and proven experience in Python, SQL and BI platforms.
-Strong analytical abilities, technical orientation and exceptional problem-solving skills.
-Excellent English communication skills – spoken and written.
-Self-starter, fast learner, team player and can-do attitude.
-Experience with Tableau and familiarity with geo-spatial data and methodologies is an advantage
