Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our growing audit and accounting company is looking for an engaged EXECUTIVE & MARKETING ASSISTANT for our location in Bratislava. Working hand in hand with the office manager and small team, the candidate will help to run the business development tasks of the company, perform a variety of administrative tasks, support the management team with internal and external communication (e.g. business proposals, presentations).

RESPONSIBILITIES
Acting as a point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Helping the office manager to run the office operations
Organising travel arrangements of the partners
Providing marketing searches and analyses
Supporting the team with various day-to-day
Handling all administrative tasks and dealing with external suppliers
Formatting presentations and documents for internal and external purposes in Slovak, English or Russian
Support marketing activities
Preparing and coordinating events and workshops
Organisational support: gadgets, printing corporate materials
Administrative and business tasks assigned by the partner(s)
