Od 1. januára 2007 na Slovensku pôsobí pivovarnícka spoločnosť Pivovary Topvar, a.s., ktorá vznikla po zlúčení spoločností Pivovar Šariš, a.s, a Topvar, a.s.

Akciová spoločnosť Pivovary Topvar je členom jednej z najväčších pivovarníckych spoločností na svete SABMiller. Do portfólia spoločnosti patria slovenské značky Šariš, Topvar, Smädný mních, české značky Pilsner Urquell, Velkopopovický Kozel, nealkoholické pivo Birell, Gambrinus, a Master.

Spoločnosť Pivovary Topvar, a.s., spája v sebe samostatnú výrobnú jednotku - pivovar vo Veľkom Šariši a sieť obchodno-distribučných centier na Slovensku. Vedenie spoločnosti má kancelárie v Bratislave. V rámci celého Slovenska zamestnáva firma Pivovary Topvar, a.s. približne 700 zamestnancov.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and motivated problem solver who doesn’t take “no” for an answer and builds his/her own point of view just as well as relationships in diverse teams across the company.

• Constantly gain understanding of our consumers and customers, participate in creating the long-term brand strategy and independently develop the yearly marketing plan
• Build exceptional relationships with top advertising and design agencies in order to deliver local creative work beating international standards
• Show excellence in project leadership and ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver game changing solutions for our consumers and customers
• Demonstrate your “out of the box” thinking through the creation of non-traditional communication approaches and consumer activations

Who are you?

• Top talent coupled with brand management interest/passion
• You have worked in marketing (ideally FMCG) or on the agency side for couple of years
• With record showing your passion and achievement in past working experience
• You have leadership / self-starting capabilities, collaboration skills, creativity and strategic analysis
• B class driver, with good command of the English language
