What will be your key responsibilities?

• Assists Country director and Comex in preparation and development of business policy with an emphasis on the sales channel-wholesalers. Develops RTM projects, develops and implements strategies necessary to identify specific industry, geographic or product opportunities in order to increase the company's revenues

• Responsible for working with all relevant sales and marketing departments to maximize market penetration, monitors market conditions and all competitive activities.

• Manages and controls the profitability of the wholesale segment and monitors whether all discounts and receivables are set in accordance with the company's business policy. Creates and manages the annual budget for the sales channel – wholesalers.

• Negotiates with business partners/wholesalers and concludes favorable business/sales contracts for the Company. Establishes and maintains excellent business relationships and communicates openly with business partners/wholesalers.

• At the national level, participates in the improvement of distribution systems for On trade channel and develops/contributes to the implementation projects of these systems and tools. Analyzes sales and distribution data and makes strategic decisions based on the collected data.

What should be your profile?

• Education - at least a bachelor's degree
• Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years
• Good PC skills
• English – intermediate
• Driver's license sk. B, active driver
