SAP Key user

What will be your key responsibilities?
• SAP SD change management - Identify system development and business process requirements, Solution design, incl. Technical Specifications, Close collaboration with Senior SAP manager to implement new solutions, Maintenance and regular updating of technical and user documentation. Incident management and 1st level support for SK end users – processing incidents from end users and when you are unable to resolve the issue, you will interface with SAP Support.
• Coordination of commercial projects (local or CEE) and further implementation within Slovak organization will be one of your main responsibilities.
• Collaboration with BI and reporting department in order to maintain data architecture
• EDI implementation – key position during rollouts of EDI communication to customers, strong collaboration with Senior SAP SD manager, communication with EDI providers, supplier of SAP development, customers and key accounts managers
• Hermes - RtM (Route to Market) application support – maintenance of application, in order to have valid and functional tool for sales representatives, participation on development of this sales tool
• HPI project – contract management support

What should be your background and skills?
• Education High school, University is preffed
• Strong knowledge of SAP and the business from SD point of view
• An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Knowledge on implementation, administration and customizing of SAP system
• Strong Ability to document processes, functional specifications, etc.
• Advantage is advanced knowledge of sales, finance, distribution and logistics processes and methods
• Knowledge of EDI communication strongly preferred
• English language - Advanced level
• Slovak or Czech language
