Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a Technical Analyst for the newly created integration team
The integration team is a newly created team in Pipeliner, that will analyze, develop, and maintain integrations for Pipeliner Customers. In the beginning, you and the other 2 developers will be part of the team. You will help to define internal processes in this team, communicate with customers, analyze the business requirements and deliver the working integrations
Main responsibility
★ Gathering business requirements from Pipeliner customers (English-speaking customers)
★ Defining the scope of work for Developers (technical specification)
★ Testing & communicating the final work with the customer
★ Managing change requests
★ Define internal processes for the new Integration team
Other Responsibilities
★ Providing support to the Pipeliner Core Product team and preparing analysis for the core Pipeliner Web Application
★ Analyze internal processes and optimize integrations among Pipeliner internal tools
Skills
The ideal candidate will possess/be:
★ Technical knowledge (REST API, API functionality, Authentication methods, JSON),
★ Good communication skills (English B2/C1),
★ Familiar with applications like (Postman, Insomnia)
★ be a team player with a positive attitude,
★ an analytical mindset,
★ be detail-oriented,
Additional Helpful Knowledge:
☆ experience with sales or CRM tools, cloud or SaaS services,
☆ work experience from startup/small to midsize companies.
☆ good knowledge of UML diagrams (Sequence diagrams, Activity Diagrams..)
