Pinsight is a talent management software as a service (SaaS) company specializing in simulation-based leadership and executive assessment. Our clients range from mid-sized businesses to Fortune 100 companies, and our software helps them to hire, promote, and develop the best people for leadership positions. The company is headquartered in Denver, Colorado. You will be employed by the service center in Slovakia. This is a full-time, fully remote/work-from-home position that offers a monthly salary for an indefinite period.

Role description:
We are a well-established US based company, and this is an opportunity for you to work in a critical role, helping build and enhancing the Pinsight line of web-based SaaS products. The role will aid in managing cloud infrastructure, operations, technology implementation, capacity planning/scaling, security, and corporate IT for Pinsight. The position reports to the Director of IT and offers plenty of potential for growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer Azure active directory, Exchange, Office 365, Azure, AWS, GCP, and other Windows-based technologies.
• Maintain virtual and cloud infrastructure for the enterprise.
• Monitor system logs and activity on all servers and cloud services.
• Research, identify, and implement new Azure tools, services, and features to improve efficiency, performance, and cost effectiveness.
• Keep all tickets and projects updated and track time in a detailed format.
• Manage and respond to escalated internal and external client inquiries.
• Aid in maintaining ISMS, ISO, SOC2 and GDPR compliance.
• Innovate and ensure best practices and processes.
• Question and optimize existing technical principles.

Training and support will be offered to assist you to:

• Work in cloud-based data center environment, managing cloud computing environments (such as Azure, AWS, database management, MySQL).
• Administer systems related to third-party tools.
• Develop your technical knowledge and operational experience with Linux, backups, networking, firewalls, virtualization, and disaster recovery.
• Understand web-based software architecture/engineering as it relates to the infrastructure and network operations.
• Build your knowledge of ISMS and GDPR standards.
Qualifications, experience, skills, qualities, and requirements:
• University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Ideally 1 years’ relevant IT experience.
• Ability to understand database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Hands-on mentality and holistic thinking.
• High level of service orientation
• Fluent and professional English verbal and written language skills.
• Responsible, conscientious, and professional work style.
• Commitment to personal learning and development.
• Able to work flexible late-afternoon hours to communicate with US colleagues.
