Príbeh Photoneo sa začal písať v roku 2013, kedy štyria kamaráti prišli s myšlienkou dať robotom oči. Vďaka očiam sú schopné nielen vnímať, ale aj porozumieť tomu, čo vidia.
Keď boli roboty schopné vidieť svet, a zároveň mu porozumieť, prišli sme s myšlienkou dať im nohy, aby mohli objavovať priestor nielen virtuálne, ale aj fyzicky.
Vyvinuli sme tak vlastnú samojazdiacu platformu, nohy robota, čím sme im umožnili pohybovať sa po priestore.

Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your goal will be to become a respected, value-adding partner for our customers. We will train you as an advanced user of our hardware and software. You will be responsible for receiving customer queries, leading to a quick and complete resolution to maintain a high level of satisfaction of our customers. You will have an opportunity to propose and execute activities you do believe will improve the quality of customer service in the area of vision-guided robotics and 3D vision and extend our knowledge base.

- Consulting of technical problems with customers
- Monitoring customer inquiries backlog
- Resolving customer queries
- Involving Photoneo software engineers to participate in the resolution
- Categorization of customer queries for further analyzes
- Building a customer self-service database of documents
- Translating repetitive customer issues to further software improvements
- Updating customer on the progress of resolution
- Tracking support team Service Level Agreement
- Remote assistance
- Optional opportunity to travel to the customer site

- Passion in physics, mathematics or optics

- Proficiency in German or Chinese language is of advantage
- Analytical thinking
- Goal-orientated, willing to investigate, troubleshoot and drive the solution to issues found in the software system
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with a support role is of advantage but not required
- An optional alternative is to work during the US or China daytime hours
