Job description, responsibilities and duties
Now the team is growing and it deserves a senior leader who can bring expertise from the field as well as professional people management principles. We do desire both. On the one hand, track of record from the positions managing at least 4-5 direct reports for at least a few years. Secondly a professional experience from consulting, preferable in the field of logistics.
We are looking for a new member of our team who is passionate about automation, mobile robotics, and integration of these technologies in logistics and can easily understand the needs of customers and implement them into solutions.
Some of the requirements are negotiable, however, others are not, best to discuss in person. Also please get ready for the company with dynamics significantly above the average.
Duties and Tasks
* Managing team of 3-8 members
* Implementing a people-oriented management system
* Working with the sales team on defining the right business strategy
* Establishing proper team guidelines and processes
* Taking ownership of a customer at the point handed over by the sales team
* Building relationships with the customers
* Documenting material flow at the warehouse of the customer
* Analyzing data provided by the customer
* Identifying bottlenecks in the process, proposing changes aimed to increase the effectiveness
* Might include coordination of a project team
* Creation of related documentation
* Product presentations
* Running and governance of the business management system in related areas
* Facilitate and document communication between all stakeholders
* Plan and lead the meetings
