Job description, responsibilities and duties
In this role, you have the opportunity to:
• Support Philips in selling Philips Oral Health Care products to dental professionals
• Fully understanding the science behind the product, usages and the market.
• Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as defined by territory needs
• Support Philips in building strong customer intimacy, building the brand
• Driving point of Philips sale presence and activity.
• Responsibility for Middle and East part of Slovakia
You are responsible for:
• Support Philips in introducing Philips Oral Health Care products to dental professionals to gain their trial and recommendation.
• Support in active sales to dental professionals
• Support to increase the turnover in retail channels through active dental professional recommendation
• Fully understanding the science behind the product, usages and the market.
• Recommend and support to develop relationships with key leaders of the dental community
• Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as defined by territory needs
• Maintain current field territory responsibilities designed by Philips to develop dental professional trial, build recommendations, and grow dispensing base
• Support in organizing territory to allow efficient and effective coverage patterns in support of the marketing
• Support in educational programs for DH schools
• introductions for distributors, retailers
• Assist to achieve all sales quotas
• Support in attainment of all KPI’s
• Support to manage Customer to Distributor and other systems on a daily basis
• Analyse and recommend the customer structure in given area and maintain CRM database
• Completing all administrative duties as per company policy
• I Assist sales expenses responsibly
• Maintain daily standards and expectations
