YOUR ROLE WILL BE TO:

- Ensure smooth and timely PPOSM placement in the field maximizing the infrastructure utilization.
- Initiate and lead the development of new PPOSM solutions with the aim to serve the best the Categories' and Channels' needs still in line with the Global vision.
- Establish and perform the trade channels monitoring from the visibility perspective, competitive intelligence and data collection.
- Build partnership with relevant agencies aiming to deliver the top quality of POSM development, production and placement.
- Initiate and run bidding processes including their results evaluation in close cooperation with other involved departments (Purchasing, Channels, Marketing. etc.).
- Provide thorough analysis for individual channels on PPOSM placement in line with POS communication strategy.
- Ensure that internal processed are in line with all the relevant policies and procedures in the PPOSM management area.
- Manage the PPOSM budget to achieve PM objectives in the most effective way and related expenditures are in line with the approved budget.

- English proficiency at intermediate level or higher, enabling effective communication in diverse business environments.
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, supporting data analysis and impactful presentations.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset, capable of anticipating potential challenges and proactively developing solutions.
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially in areas such as cost control and process optimization.
