We have developed a range of completely new, innovative product platforms. Our dream is to convert every adult smoker that would otherwise continue to smoke, to these smoke-free platforms. To help us achieve our dream, we need your help.
YOUR ROLE WILL BE TO:
Collaborate with marketing and field teams to ensure trade materials align with brand guidelines and campaign objective
Translate the top-level campaign plans into detailed POS based marketings materials split
Propose changes to scope and timing of market campaigns to ensure effectivity and alignment with other market needs and feasibility on the agencies side
Strong cross-functional collaboration with field, marketing and PPOSM development teams lead the process of new trade materials development
Ensure the synchronization of all involved departments on timing and expectations of the new materials readiness
Ensure TPOSM database is complete and up to date (REEV, excel, any other database which would suit the needs in future)
Store in the structured way all the TPOSM related materials (market splits, legal approvals of the new materials, etc.) at the TPOSM sharepoint
Lead the printed materials production
Ensure the preparation of the animation loops
Ensure the trade materials compliance to the PMI principles & practices as well as to Global guidelines

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EMPLOYEE:
Solid experience in project management, setting up and streamlining processes
Managing suppliers, setting and managing budgets, and sales and marketing in a multinational or credible local company for at least 3 years.
English: Intermediate or higher
PC literacy - MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point - advanced level)
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges, and proactively address them.
Project Managements skills: people activator with strong focus on results delivery (can do attitude is the must)
Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for detail, especially in cost management and process evaluation.
Agility and strong business acumen
Continuous Improvement: Committed to driving efficiency and service quality enhancements.
