Accountabilities
  • Provide guidance to business stakeholders enabling them in executing their strategic plans.
  • Ensure application of relevant principles, practices, standards, processes, and tools within assigned scope.
  • Create and maintain systems/services documentations, training programs/materials, operating manuals within assigned scope.
  • Manage engagement with external consultant or contractor.
  • Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures.
  • Resolve complex or contentious queries and issues and enabling others to take appropriate actions.
  • Support the deployment of central IT solutions, processes and/or delivery of IT service.
  • Support the design, build and deployment of local IT solutions or processes.
  • Understand and apply the IT Service delivery model, IT processes and IT portfolio of solutions.
  • Support market request prioritizations to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Manage IT security and risks for solutions in scope. Keep close collaboration with IT security teams and complete the necessary actions to the committed plans.

Legal minimum gross salary for this position set at 1.900 / month (the actual salary depends on the seniority level)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Experience
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Information Technology or Business Function in multinational company.
  • Experience in Project Management and Service Management.
  • Proficient English level

Education
  • University degree (Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent) with additional certificates, degrees or experience in IT.

  • AWS - Cloud Practitioner (optional)
