Do you have an eye for detail? Are you good at priority setting and managing individual projects? Is In-Direct Retail your passion?
Direct-to-consumer is becoming an important retail channel. We are looking for a talented experienced executive who will help us build and maintain a strong network of retail outlets in line with Philip Morris International (PMI) vision as well as PMI guidelines.
Main responsibilities
➲ Manage expansion of new units - be responsible for briefing the partner agency, supervision of activation of units, be a point of contact for shopping centers and other 3rd parties, etc.)
➲ Supervise existing units - regular checks of technical status, equipment, staff, coordinating unit repairs on the need basis, etc.
➲ Implement individual nationwide projects (design adjustments/redesign, implementing various operational and technical changes, etc.)
➲ In cooperation with the agency ensure proper and efficient functioning of the working and reporting systems
➲ Train new staff on working tools and update them on planned and ongoing campaigns and projects
➲ Update and create new ad-hoc training materials for POS (point of sales)
➲ Ensure the overall high level of consumer satisfaction and shopping experience at retail outlets
