RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leading commercial projects on a national level (Slovak market) that are reflecting identified consumer needs and allowing market/cluster strategy implementation
• Leading of cross functional teams, ensuring alignment across company and being the owner for whole project. Ensure smooth project management beginning from development to deployment
• Constantly analyze consumer insights and identify main pain points that need to be addressed
• Lead implementation of actions based on identified pain points in cooperation with relevant cluster/market stakeholders
• Regularly look at all available consumer data and prepare qualitative and quantitative insights reflecting consumer journey

Personality requirements and skills
CAN YOU SAY THE FOLLOWING ABOUT YOURSELF?
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a multinational company, preferably in Marketing/Sales
• Experience in Project management is an advantage
• Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics preferred
• English on communicative level (B2)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross functional teams
• Strong planning skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Dealing efficiently with large amount of information
• Structured thinking and developed analytical capabilities
What we offer
Legal minimum gross salary for this position set at 2.045€ / month (the actual salary depends on the seniority level)
