RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leading commercial projects on a national level (Slovak market) that are reflecting identified consumer needs and allowing market/cluster strategy implementation
  • Leading of cross functional teams, ensuring alignment across company and being the owner for whole project. Ensure smooth project management beginning from development to deployment
  • Regularly look at all available consumer data and enable smooth consumer experience by analyzing internal and consumer facing processes and programs. Identify gaps and weak points and propose improvements leading towards their implementation.
  • Analyze and evaluate current consumer promotions and consumer offers and propose improvements and adjustments while keeping in mind consumer insights, pain points and overall market dynamics

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

CAN YOU SAY THE FOLLOWING ABOUT YOURSELF?

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in a multinational company, preferably in Marketing/Sales
  • Ability and proven track for leading of complex project which requires managing multiple stakeholders
  • Strong planning skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to deal with large amount of information while keeping focus on bigger picture
  • Structured thinking and ability to clearly communicate vision
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics preferred
  • English on communicative level (B2)
  • Excel – On an advanced level

Legal minimum gross salary for this position set at 2.046€ / month (the actual salary depends on the seniority level)
