Your role as a Supervisor Consumer Contact will be to achieve the set Sales and Marketing objectives while building positive brand awareness and customer experience in the respective region by:
Main responsibilities
➲ Supervising a field force team of 3 Consumer Contact Executives;
➲ Monitoring opportunities and developing and executing direct selling consumer contact activities in line with our business mission and strategy, consumer needs and territory requirements;
➲ Achieving expert knowledge related to your territory and customers;
➲ Providing on-time reporting.
What are we looking for?
➲ At least 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in a multinational company, with a record of tangible results
➲ Experience in a Leadership position;
➲ Communicative English (B2) and Slovak (B2);
➲ Flexibility and willingness to travel
➲ Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics preferred;
➲ MS Office - advanced user;
➲ Business thinking | Clear and constructive communication | Customer focus | Entrepreneurial spirit.
