Why we offer this position?
The newly created position in the People & Culture (Human Resources) structure is designed to drive and lead the area of internal communication in order to smooth the business and employee related communication. Also prepare and organize various activities, events that would support and accelerate internal transformation while boosting employees’ engagement and motivation.
What is this position about?
➲ Be responsible for the internal communication & employee engagement strategy reflecting long term company strategy as well as ad-hoc business needs
➲ Manage all available communication channels and situationally use the most appropriate one to ensure 2-way communication (top down – bottom up).
➲ Be an adviser and consultant for business during various projects, activities to ensure proper and timely communication is provided to all employees
➲ Create and maintain the content for internal intranet, social media and other channels (e.g. update emails, project kick off)
➲ Organize employee engagement activities that accelerate internal transformation process e.g. regular Business updates, company culture implementation events, competitions, roadshows
➲ Lead various People & Culture (Human Resources) activities to build new capabilities (e.g. project management, digital skills), engagement and motivation (e.g. pulse checks, recognition activities)
➲ Lead and deploy corporate or cluster (SK, CZ, HU) people engagement initiatives locally
➲ Support or manage activities that would strengthen the company brand externally (e.g. university presentations, Equal Salary Certification)

We are looking for a person who will enjoy the work with a can-do attitude, is open minded, independent, can connect the dots easily, is full of a creative energy, learn quickly with the desire to know more by asking endless questions, embracing a work in the fast changing environment, has a passion for driving change through people and culture, speaks English fluently and is ready for anything… Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite & proficiency in Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
We will happily welcome skilled professional with either internal communication / engagement or HR (with focus on capability building) or non HR professional. What we know is that it must somehow click on both sides.
You will work in the interesting company that has very inspiring vision, value people a lot, with desire to enhance internal communication thus will create you the space for self-realization. Main partner for you will be the business, Corporate Affairs department, local People & Culture team (you will be the fourth member) and international People & Culture community. You will report (mainly consult) to Manager People & Culture PM Slovakia.
