Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Provide HR service to employees and managers in HR related areas
- Assist with personal administration (documents, HR related guidelines update and maintenance, yearly activities, reporting, HR system)
- Support internal communication projects, translation activities
- Provide administration support to HR department
- Support employees in mobility agenda
- Participate on any planned or ad-hoc local / cluster / global projects
Requirements:
- University student – 4th or 5th year of daily studies (preferred field of study: Human Resources Management, Management, etc.)
- Advanced spoken and written Slovak (C1+) and English (B2 level)
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- High level of responsibility, flexibility
- Good communication skills | Customer focus | Integrity | Action orientation
- Interest in personal development in HR area
