As a Direct Retail Specialist, you will be responsible for managing retail outlets. In cooperation with our vendor you will be involved in setting up new units, localisation and adaptation of overall direct retail interior composition and design in line with Philip Morris International (PMI) guidelines.

Further responsibilities
• Supervise the ordering and installation of hardware
• Manage the complete Opening Day operation set up
• Plan and ensure proper implementation of PMI Toolboxes and Guidelines
• Provide regular trainings and briefings to outlet staff to maximize the business potential of the units
• Ensure overall high level of consumer satisfaction and shopping experience at retail outlets
• Managing budget for retail outlets activation deployment
• Collecting and reporting the business critical data

What are we looking for?
• Experience in customer facing position at least 2 years
• Experience in supervising and motivating a team and direct retail is preferred
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2) and Slovak (C1)
• Business thinking | Customer orientation | Empathy | Ability to work both independently and in a team
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – advanced knowledge
• University degree is preferred
