Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibility for leading the development and execution of the CEE Cluster (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Latvia, Lithuania).
This role will involve developing and executing market shaping and penetration strategies and tactics to maximize access and growth of this key franchise. It will also involve tracking in market performance and recommending how plans should evolve to achieve commercial objectives.
Key activities and accountabilities:
• Leading the cross-functional development of the CEE in alignment with the EMEA brand / therapeutic area plan
• Contributing to the development of the EMEA brand plan and longer term strategic plans by reflecting the needs of the CEE cluster market and providing key insights, assumptions and forecasts
• Leading the execution of the brand plan in collaboration with the cross functional team and key external collaborators including KOLs, agencies and EMEA colleagues
• Working with suitable agency partners to develop and execute appropriate multichannel strategies within brand plan aligned with target customer profiles and needs
• Developing relationships and collaborations with key opinion leaders, patient support groups, and other healthcare organizations to ensure that significant developments in the field are identified and monitored and key projects are delivered
• Coordinating and ensuring that the company has strong presence at key congresses / events in collaboration with medical affairs including both promotional and medical education aspects
• Providing input into EMEA marketing campaigns and ensuring national campaigns are localized and launched to fit local market needs, selling cycle and in line with EMEA strategy
• Working with sales leadership, training and wider team to ensure campaigns are rolled out and executed in the field in line with brand strategy. Feedback to be gathered regularly and shared with EMEA and CEE cluster colleagues to identify areas for improvement and develop suitable action plans
• Providing regular updated production forecasts to supply chain to ensure CEE cluster market has sufficient product to supply customer needs in line with financial forecasts
• Coordinating the CEE cluster cross-functional customer-facing team to ensure plans achieve commercial objectives and meet the needs of our target patients and customers
• Tracking key brand commercial performance metrics and ensuring the right KPIs are identified, tracked and met for all key tactics in collaboration with finance / market insights team
• Developing and managing promotional budgets including identifying opportunities for savings and efficiencies
